Start with an operating system audit

An operating system audit is a structured assessment of how work, data and decisions move through your organization. Over two to four weeks we map your core processes, the platforms behind them, where data is re-keyed, where handoffs break and where cost or revenue leaks. You receive a system map, a prioritised bottleneck register and a costed roadmap, whether or not you continue with us.

Usually not. Most organizations already own capable platforms that are configured around no clear process. We work with SAP, Odoo, Microsoft Dynamics, ClickUp, Monday.com, HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Airtable, Power BI and others. Replacement is recommended only when the current platform structurally cannot support the process — and we say so with the reasoning written down.

AI belongs on top of a system that already has clean data, defined process ownership and connected platforms. Applied there it summarises, classifies, drafts, routes, monitors and acts within guardrails. Applied to a broken process it produces faster, more confident errors. That is why AI is the sixth stage of our method, not the first.

We agree the measures before the build starts. Typical ones are hours of manual administration removed per week, error and rework rates, unplanned downtime, service delivery lead time, asset utilization, cost per transaction, days to close the month, decision latency and revenue leakage between quote and invoice. Baselines are captured during the audit so the change is provable.
